QA Automation Engineer

TechNova Solutions is hiring a QA Automation Engineer as a fully remote role. You will join a talented, supportive team, work on meaningful problems and have real ownership from day one.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day deliverables for the QA Automation Engineer role with high quality and on time
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and improve processes
• Use Selenium and Cypress to solve real business problems
• Track results, share insights and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, JavaScript, API Testing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• An ownership mindset and eagerness to learn
