• Own day-to-day deliverables for the Staff Nurse – ICU role with high quality and on time
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and improve processes
• Use Patient Care and ICU to solve real business problems
• Track results, share insights and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

• 1–4 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Patient Care, ICU, BLS
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• An ownership mindset and eagerness to learn
