SwiftRoute Logistics is hiring a Fleet Operations Executive in Chennai. You will join a talented, supportive team, work on meaningful problems and have real ownership from day one.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day deliverables for the Fleet Operations Executive role with high quality and on time
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and improve processes
• Use Logistics and Excel to solve real business problems
• Track results, share insights and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Logistics, Excel, Vendor Management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• An ownership mindset and eagerness to learn
